www.dexis.com . **Job Description:** **JOB SUMMARY:** The **DEXIS
Cloud Operations Engineer** is in charge of maintaining in
operational conditions for our current Cloud-based products, as
well as deploying into production new versions developed by
Software R&D Teams. As a customer-focused role, he/she must
ensure that tooling, resources, etc., are in adequate with
customers' needs and maintain customer focus for end-users when
making any decision. **PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** The
Cloud Operations Engineer is accountable, together with his
teammates, for the stability of our cloud operated customers
services, in coordination with: 1) R&D Software development
teams developing new versions of our services; 2) Security team
overseeing all Company products and advising on best practices /
tooling to use; 3) Corporate IT team managing network and
accounts/rights/policies. + Keeping cloud services up to date,
which includes proactive monitoring and reacting in case of issues.
+ Monitoring and alerting capabilities development. + Managing
production resources, including cost control initiatives. + Working
with Software R&D teams to understand upcoming needs (new
resources, new tech stacks, etc.) + Working with Software R&D
teams to continuously improve deployment pipeline. **Job
Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree or higher. + 1+ year of
experience operating in a live cloud environment with real customer
usage constraints. + 1+ year of experience managing resources in an
Azure environment. + Experienced deploying software developed by
others into the right Azure resources. + Can troubleshoot issues in
live systems without impacting customers. + Ability to administrate
(including creation, scaling, right management, etc.) + Ideal
candidate should be based remotely on the East Coast. **PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:** + Azure AZ-400 certification is a plus. + Basic
knowledge of Ansible is welcome. + Working knowledge of MS SQL. +
Working knowledge of one development / scripting language (ideally
Bash, Python or C#). + Ability to think calmly & clearly in crisis

compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors
that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to
geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and
certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other
business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable

differential associated with the location at which the position may

of each case. The total compensation package for this position may
also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision
