  Responsibilities
  
  • Prospect for new business by following sales leads developed from referrals, networking, warm leads, and other lead databases.
  • Ask leading questions to find out the client's needs while developing rapport.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective clients' needs and personal goals.
  • Enhances the company's relationships with existing clients by performing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
    Requirements
    
    • Active Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License
    • 1+ Years of Insurance experience
    • 1+ years of demonstrated success in overall sales. Outbound sales experience preferred.
    • Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
    • Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
    • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize
    • Ability to have a positive and persistent attitude throughout the day.
