Job Description:

Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing client to fill an AR Specialist role. The AR Specialist is responsible for a full cycle account portfolio. The candidate must be comfortable working in a high-volume, results driven environment. If you are local to Alpharetta and looking for a new role, we encourge you to apply today! Responsibilites:

Establish good time-management for daily AR, credit, and collection job requirements.
Communicate with assigned customer base portfolio for up-to-date payment status.
Build strong relationships with sales and customer service.
Manage the daily portal invoice process to expedite research of rejected invoices, work with customers and/ or customer services for pricing adjustments , and payment from customers.
Prioritize portfolio calls to maintain DSOs and meet company delinquency goals, metrics/KPIs.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Large ERP system experience (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
