Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer
Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build
rapport
Provide essential information regarding access to care issues and
benefits
Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service
options
Required Qualifications and Education
18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months previous call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple
applications
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and
holidays
