AI Governance Subject Matter Expert

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AI/ML) Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with industry and DoD policies
Conduct market research on AI governance best practices, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
Provide risk management strategies for AI model deployment and data security

Required Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States
AWS certifications highly preferred; AI/ML and SEC experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience, or Master's degree plus 5+ years of experience in AI Governance, Risk Management, or Policy Development
Expertise in AI risk frameworks, compliance regulations, and security best practices
Strong background in DoD AI policies and interagency governance structures
