Job Description:
A company is looking for an Events Strategy Lead to connect
community stories with a global events strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an engaging event programming strategy
incorporating industry knowledge and community insights
Manage the speaker lifecycle for both virtual and in-person events,
including outreach and coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful events
and support marketing initiatives for over 80 activations
annually
Required Qualifications
Experience in event management, particularly with speakers at
conferences or external events
Deep understanding of Web3 topics and industry trends
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in event
programming
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse
stakeholders
