Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pickleball Operations Associate who
is enthusiastic about the sport and dedicated to its growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tournament player support including registration and
tournament inquiries
Assist with on and off-site tournament operations such as staffing
and scheduling
Generate leads for pickleball organizers and deliver on partner
obligations related to tournaments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Basic understanding of web-based and iOS software
Passion for learning and willingness to challenge comfort
levels
Understanding of pickleball rules, associations, and ratings
Ability to travel for up to eight days for events as needed
