Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Quality System Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system
(QMS) in compliance with industry standards
Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to optimize production
Act as a liaison for quality-related issues between the company and
customers, managing complaints and ensuring satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related
field
3-5 years of experience in quality management
In-depth knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF
16949
Strong experience with automotive product development processes
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies including Six Sigma
and Lean
