A company is looking for a Retail Mortgage Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and review necessary application loan documentation
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory rules while participating in business-generating activities
Maintain minimum standards for production and quality while staying informed about industry trends

Required Qualifications

Current or previous loan officer experience
Product knowledge and understanding of the mortgage business
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with realtors, builders, and other professionals
Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating
Proven recent history of meeting loan production requirements
