Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect and Systems Integration Lead to support our ERP project, with a specific focus on application integration and data flow between operational systems and the new ERP system. This consulting role will be crucial in designing and implementing effective application integration strategies, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational continuity during the transition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems integration, data architecture, application security, middleware, ETL, Big Data and ERP solutions, with a strong ability to align technology with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Integration Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive integration strategies that facilitate data flow between operational systems and the new ERP system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Data Mapping and Transformation:Provide technical capability in support of theanalysis of data requirements, mapping legacy data structures to the new ERP schema, and defining transformation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Systems Architecture Design: Develop the architectural framework for system integrations, including defining interfaces, protocols, and middleware solutions to connect disparate systems effectively.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that integration solutions meet business needs and support operational goals
Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the integration process, ensuring best practices are followed and that solutions are scalable and maintainable across the application landscape and integration process.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential risks associated with data migration and system integration, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure a smooth transition.
Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, application workflows, data flows, and system configurations for support, reference and training purposes
Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing of integration solutions to validate functionality and performance, ensuring data flows are secure, accurate and reliable
Training and Support:Provide training and support to technical teams and business analysts on integration processes and data handling to facilitate smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
Security Best Practices:Champion security best practices in all architecture, application and integration designs.
Deliverables:Create high-level solution design
Prototype configurations
System design specifications and documentation
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and systems integration, with a strong focus on data flow, application integration and ERP implementations
Proven expertise in integrating legacy systems with modern ERP solutions, including experience with data migration and transformation tools
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with various business applications
Familiarity with data integration methodologies, ETL processes, and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience with cloud-based integrations and architectures is required
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are a plus
Construction and roofing industry experience a plus
