Job Description:

Series 3/4 Expert Responsibilities * Mentoring and provide Expert level of remote support to HP and Channel Partner Engineers * Travel as needed to customer sites to solve complex and/or urgent cases * Ensure Escalations are handled in a prompt and efficient manner and escalated as needed * Transfer knowledge to HP and Channel Partner Engineers by multiples means (Articles, Webinars, Videos, on-site, etc) * Collaborate with WWTS to provide rapid solutions * Work closely with Regional Managers, District Managers and Technical Leads to ensure cases are managed properly * Provide clear detailed and accurate reporting of escalated cases and activities on time * Interface regularly with TG peers and GBU to enable continuous product improvement Skills Required: * Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with Indigo Series SF3 and SF4 presses * Expert in electrical and mechanical knowledge on Series SF3 and SF4 platform * Collect and analyze data of machine performance using HP-Indigo applications (Tableau/SNOW/etc---) and suggest improvements * Collect and analyze data of Cases/Tasks activities from Service Now, prepare reports and suggest improvements * Proactive approach to problem solving * Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English * Approach problems in a rational manner using high troubleshooting skills that ensure effective and comprehensive resolution * Ability to work collaboratively and remotely with peers to clearly understand the issue and resolve it as fast as possible * Detail oriented * Understand customer's need and commit to ensure the highest level of Total Customer Experience (TCE) Additional requirements: * Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Experienced in creating reports in SNOW and Tableau - (considered an advantage) About HP You're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible-in your career as well as the world around you.
