Title: Senior Implementation ConsultantOverview of PositionThe Implementation Consultant is responsible for current workflow analysis and development; documenting, planning and implementation of future state workflow and customer training.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis; design Future State Workflow (including System Workflow and Department Process Workflow)Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with Best Practice methodologiesAnalyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training; accordingly, develop training plans and documentation Coordinate and provide SuperUser application training; ensure that course completion certificates are supplied to customer sites in a timely manner; ensure that all Super Users are able to train customer End Users and understand any unique customer site requirementsProvide Application Training and support to other staff from other groups as required; identify, file and follow-up Product Features and issue requests during implementationWhat are the requirements needed for this position?RCIS, RN or RTR with 5+ years of Cath Lab experienceBachelor's Degree in Nursing, Informatics, Computer Science, and/or Health Sciences a plusWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?RCIS, RN or RTR with 5+ years of Cath Lab experience.Strong Hemodynamic background, a sound understanding of cardiology department workflow.Cardiac Echo, Vascular, and/or Nuclear Medicine experience a plus.The familiarity with document/ registry standards and credentialing such as JCAHO, NCDR, STS, ICAEL, ICAVL and ICANL. Cardiac Echo, Vascular, and/or Nuclear Medicine experience a plusKnowledge of medical communication protocols a plus (i.e. DICOM / HL7/XML)Strong background in Cardiovascular Health Care services, i.e. Cath Lab, Echo/Vascular sonography, and/or Nuclear Medicine. Experience with Medical Imaging, Knowledge of Databases, informatics and/or Enterprise-class Information Systems a plusEligibility for Department of Defense clearance access where requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas in an understandable mannerExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Presentation and Training abilities to a wide variety of audiencesDemonstrates the confidence in the ability to articulate recommendations to the customerIndependent, Self-starter, self-directedTeam PlayerStrong Customer Service skillsIntermediate IT skillsStrong understanding of Clinical Environment and Health Care OperationsAbility to mentorWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
