You may contact 888-367-7223, option 5, for assistance.** Sponsorship and/or relocation benefits are not available for this role.** Preferred location for this role is either Alpharetta, GA, Colorado Spring, CO or Maple Grove, MN.In this role, you will support the Philips's IGTD Commercial Operations team with the administration of sales compensation payout, and payout analytics. The role will further support to drive consistency and accuracy and build effective processes to deliver scalable automation solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Process sales compensation calculations, including monthly data collection and reporting, auditing compensation payments, submitting payout details to finance, and commission reporting to Sales Team
  • Administer monthly and quarterly compensation statements and research and resolve inquiries from the Sales Team
  • Support the Sales Operations organization by implementing and adhering to effective compensation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide quality assurance in maintaining the implementation of our compensation plans
  • Perform analytics to derive insights from sales and quota attainment data that will drive key business decisions
  • Assists in compensation strategy planning and individual ad hoc projects and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze compensation results relative to sales performanceAssist in refining and building work instructions and process documentation for cross-training purposesRequired Skills & Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in building and implementing sales compensation plans
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working and communicating with large sales team and relevant stakeholders
    • Familiarity with sales alignment, territory planning, reporting and analytics
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and ideas
    • Self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with the management team
    • Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitmentsPreferred Qualification:
      • Healthcare/medical device industry experience is plus
      • Experience using Anaplan to implement sales compensation strategy
      • Experience in large scale commercial operation integration or transformation
