Do it here.What you'll be doing... The Compliance Operations Sr.
Analyst will work directly with the Compliance First Transformation
Team to design business process compliance framework for obligated
business units. The analyst will also liaise with IT, Legal,
Operations and Process Improvement to develop procedures, policies,
and best practices that will ensure full compliance with state
regulations and ability to demonstrate such.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a supportable
compliance framework aligned with Verizon.
- Inject compliance culture into Tracfone business
processes.
- Assist with analysis and assessments of compliance gaps, risk,
and return on investment.
- Assist business owners in working with new compliance framework
for their business processes.
- Monitor available operational and business dashboards and
develop control metrics to ensure active adherence to regulatory
requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day oversight of processes and standard
operating procedures related to compliance with privacy regulations
such as California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Contribute to the improvement of existing compliance processes
to ensure process efficiency and collaborate with Legal to create
business friendly summaries of the most critical aspects of these
compliance policies.
- Assist Legal with research on regulatory issues and monitor for
regulatory updates and compliance topics.
- Manage frequent ad-hoc requests from the business for advice
and assistance regarding controls and compliance.Where you'll be
working:In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location
that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your
manager.What we're looking for... You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work
experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience creating presentations for executive management and
presenting business information in a professional manner.Even
better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- A strong quantitative background, ideally including SQL.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including CPRA and
CCPA.
- Experience designing and implementing controls governance
frameworks and compliance programs.
- Experience solving complex problems by leveraging analytics to
provide automated and efficient solutions.
- Knowledge of methods to evaluate controls, policies, processes,
and systems.
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting laws and compliance
instructions.
- Proficient in applying changes to comply with state
regulations.
- Skill in defining/updating compliance requirements as it
relates to operational processes.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or requests from
executive management, customer compliance complaints, and
issues.
- A strong detail orientation.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- The ability to prioritize work in an organized manner while
maintaining productivity in a fast-paced business environment.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to perform detailed technical research.
