Job Description:

A business process outsourcing firm has an open position for a Remote Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Services Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Being the point of contact for some file transmissions, user acceptance testing and issue analysis
Being responsible for specific H&I cyclical operation tasks for Active, COBRA and Retiree populations
Collaborating with international team members for knowledge, root cause and issue resolution
Qualifications for this position include:

Must have two years of experience working within H&I administration and/or analysis and process improvement
Creative problem solving, thinking outside the box
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Word and Excel
Confident participating in internal/client/carrier meetings discussing cases and processes
Experience identifying trends/gaps in logic and process improvement and communicating to stakeholders
