Job Description:
A company is looking for a Building Management System (BMS)
Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Installs, adjusts, repairs, and troubleshoots controls of HVAC
systems and building control systems
Operates and maintains building automation computers, creating and
adjusting programs in line with energy strategies
Isolates and corrects building control system failures, providing
support to facility personnel for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree and 2 years of experience in building automation
programming or equivalent education and experience
Advanced skills in troubleshooting, installing, and servicing
industrial building automation systems
Ability to read low voltage electrical wiring diagrams and
understand HVAC equipment operations
Intermediate to advanced skills in standard business applications
such as word processing and spreadsheets
Flexibility to work variable shifts and respond to on-call duties
as needed
