As part of a Country or Vertical Software Sales organization, this role will: * Support the development of academic enablement and workforce development through the identification of a clear target market, a go to market strategy, execution of identified campaigns centered strategies to leverage and maximize software, ambassador development and seat growth opportunities. * Understand the academic workforce development market positions for portfolio adaptability from the Zone including what problems we are solving and the business value delivered to customers in order to adapt the sales message and TIPS for a campaign, appreciating that these messages will differ between industry and learning institution. * Support the execution of a Country Academic execution plan, which determines where to focus, including identification of challenges and the activities to execute in order to overcome. * Support the establishment and tracking of measurable goals for monitoring growth against each university in own domain in Country/Territory and provide feedback on consumption. * Work under self management with some supervision on assignments/pursuits and determine solutions, methods and procedures for task execution against standards. * Work on portfolio domains including campaigns of basic scope. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Preferred - MBA , Bachelors acceptable with talent and experience in: computer science, engineering, business, marketing or sales (or lower qualifications with relevant work experience) Business Methods * Deep and specialized knowledge and experience in a specific business methods and workforce development * Focus on applying deep knowledge to find (new) solutions to solve challenges with an eye to the future and beyond. * Use of customer and business understanding to optimize value added. * Impact on results of own organization. * Supports the organization's processes with respect to own business field. Industry and Market * Experience in the whole digitalization industry / market or significant experience in a specific market, its drivers and challenges * Thorough understanding of key competitors and their go-to-market and academic growth strategies. * Comprehensive understanding of the business models of the customers in the industry. * Further strategic development of network with external and internal key persons in the industry and be an acknowledged member of the internal industry community. Functional Expertise * Comprehensive (deep and broad) professional know-how and experience in one functional area * Systemic use of know-how to solve complex problems * Demonstrates high professional judgement * Changes existing ways and approaches.
