Sales Support Specialist / Sales Enablement & Marketing
The Sales Support Specialist must be exceedingly well organized,
detail oriented and enjoy the administrative challenges of
supporting a dynamic organization of diverse people and
programs.
This individual will be an integral part of our sales team
supporting sales leadership in their daily activities. Their focus
would primarily be helping our sales leaders to engage with
prospects more proactively and enable more timely communication and
execution of deliverables. This role will also have a hand in
helping to target prospects before and after tradeshows and would
work to follow up on leads to help move the process along.
Essential administrative tasks inclusive of document management,
CRM data entry, follow up, calendar management, and ad hoc
coordination will be required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from marketing forms and phone calls
and be the first pass at qualification before sending along to
sales
- Document management with regard to sending NDAs, BAAs,
Proposals to prospects for electronic signature, then saving them
in a repository for reference
- Organize pipeline data in our HubSpot CRM by adjusting
opportunities as they go through the sales cycle with updates
provided by Sales leaders as needed
- Assist with researching and cross-checking data in sales lists
using tools like ZoomInfo etc.
- Maintain contact and help develop relationships with prospects
up until the point the deal closes
- Assistance with tradeshow follow up from a lead
perspective
- Liaise with marketing team from a coordination perspective to
help drive the sales event planning process as needed
- Calendar management to help streamline and organize the daily
activities of the sales leaders
- Collaboration with other departments within the company to
accomplish daily tasks as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication both internally and
externally to correspond with prospects and colleagues.
- Assistance with daily sales activities via CRM for sequences
interaction to prospects (calls and emails)
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, IT or similar course of study OR
equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2 years in a general office administration, department
coordination or executive administrative assistant role
- Experience working in a sales environment preferred
- Proficient with O365 Office products including Word, Excel,
Outlook, and Power Point
- Familiar with or has the aptitude to learn CRM and pipeline
management in HubSpot as well as sales tools like ZoomInfo
- Familiar with or able to learn SharePoint
- Ability to interact with staff, clients, prospects, partners
and suppliers (at all levels)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining
flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with an elevated
level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail

- Must be able to sit prolonged periods sitting at a desk and
working on a computer
