Job Description Job Description At Smith Douglas Homes, we pride

companies in the country. We are looking for Sales Ambassadors to
join our team in the Chattanooga, TN metro area. Smith Douglas
Homes is proud to offer a family type work environment. This is a
part-time, on call role. You are paid an hourly rate via W-2
earnings. Position Summary: This position is responsible for
filling in for Sales Agent as needed to ensure the Model Home is
open and operational. What You'll Do: . Arrive at Sales Center a
minimum of 15 minutes before opening daily and ensure that homes
are ready for customer walk-throughs. Remain on duty until after
closing time. Upon arrival, turn on all interior lights (including
lamps) and open blinds in the model home. At the close of the
business day, turn off lights and close blinds. Effectively market
the community via the community's Information Box, located outside
each Sales Center. At the end of each day, leave 10 (ten) flyers,
base price sheets, etc., in the Information Box. Maintain upkeep of
sales center and/or model home. Ensure that the model home is in
proper showing condition prior to leaving for the day. Ensure that
all collateral materials are clean copies that project a
professional image Be knowledgeable of the Registration Process.
Ensure that all traffic is recorded daily (preferably via iPad but
via Paper, if necessary). Review all communication from Sales Agent
upon entering Sales Center and leave written communication
regarding traffic, prospect, or buyer communication. Enable model
home security system prior to leaving in the evening . Minimum Job
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma Licenses: NO REAL
ESTATE LICENSURE (active or inactive) Computer Skills: Microsoft
