This role demands strategic acumen and a deep understanding of financial services to enhance our company's capabilities in bidding on, winning, and managing comprehensive payment solutions contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of highly-competitive proposals, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, enhancing existing offerings, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business goals. Lead the development and submission of proposals in alignment with client requirements and company goals. Coordinate and review all proposal inputs and outputs, ensuring high quality, detailed and well-constructed proposals. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial market to successfully tailor proposals. Work closely with sales, marketing, product teams, and legal departments to ensure comprehensive and compliant proposals. Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within strict deadlines. Exceptional writing and communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficient in proposal software tools and Microsoft Office Ability to lead and motivate teams In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) Certification preferred
