Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of
experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing
role. 5 years of experience in people management. Preferred
qualifications: Experience in developing and executing
vendorization strategies, specific in sales and marketing.
Experience in managing and optimizing vendor models for learning
services or similar functions. Track record of success in
developing and implementing strategic vendor management solutions.
Ability to lead innovation and drive transformation within complex
vendor ecosystems. Ability to effectively convey complex
information to audiences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills. About the job As a Lead Solution Strategist,
you will build the future of vendor engagement within Google
Cloud's Vendor Management Organization (VMO). You will be
responsible for driving solutions, innovation, and transformation
across areas. This includes leading the vendorization strategy for
the global business development operations, identifying and
implementing innovative solutions from our extensive vendor
ecosystem, and defining and managing the performance. You will be
instrumental in transforming the VMO into an AI-driven enterprise
and driving transformation. Your position offers a unique
opportunity to forge outcome-based partnerships with executive
industry leaders, leverage technology-driven service models for
enhanced delivery control, and establish new benchmarks for

salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$312,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
