Job Description:
Job Summary As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a
key role in driving growth and expanding sales within our clients
dental industry customer base. You will work closely with the
General Manager to develop effective sales strategies, engage
prospective customers, and promote our award-winning SaaS add-on
solutions. With a focus on building relationships and maintaining a
robust sales pipeline, you’ll help shape Flex’s success by
connecting with dental professionals, understanding their needs,
and offering tailored product solutions. This position offers an
exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a meaningful

allowing you to advance your career in sales. Responsibilities:
Work with General Manager and Account Executives daily Help develop
a strong territory plan, execute against campaigns, recognize
competitors and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities to sell
designated products Engage Flex customers from within your
territory, into a qualified Flex discovery call and / or demo, by
leveraging multiple channels of communication Provide product
demonstration, contracting and assistance in closing MRR business,
working from a monthly quota. Help maintain an immaculate CRM
database (SFDC) Log activity and help track prospects &
opportunities inside SFD Participate in assigned scheduled Sales
Meetings, Pipeline & Activity Reviews, as well as Competitor
Knowledge sessions Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales
Ops teams to find, nurture, and qualify potential new sales
opportunities Explain Flex Dental’s approach to delivering an
industry leading SaaS solution, future goals, vision and desired
outcome. Increasing the opportunity for customer revenue growth
Goal is to sell products into customer territory and hit MRR
monthly target Continue ongoing training on products, the company
and understanding the marketplace Qualifications : 1-5 years of
direct B2B inside sales or business development experience
Experience in demonstrating software solutions to prospective
customers Experience with SFDC and tools such as Zoom, Gong, etc.
are desirable Formal Sales Training in Sandler Sales, Challenger or
others a plus Highly effective with successful sales lead
generation activities Excellent verbal, written, computer,
interpersonal and technical communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities and business relationships
