No soccer experience is required! Who You Are: Passionate about positively impacting students' lives and giving back to the community Energetic, engaging, reliable, and responsible Safety conscious Ability to adapt Good with communication The Job: Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (3045 minutes) Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development Arrive 15 - 25 minutes early to set up equipment Engage each child individually during class Manage equipment and class roster Attend team meetings and trainings Provide post-session feedback Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful Other Details: Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check Youll commit to the entire season this is very important given the age of children we work with Must have your own reliable car Flexible hours Pays $18 per 30-minute session & $24 per 45-minute session No minimum or maximum sessions requirements Who We Are: Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact childrens lives in a positive way. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session. You will be out in the community running our 30 45 minute sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child. Its fun for sure, but its also a lot of work, and we have high expectations.
