Job Description Job Description Immediate openings to work with seniors and adults with disabilities. All Care is seeking part-time and full-time Personal Care Assistants & Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. Part-Time and Full-Time hours are available. We are looking to fill shifts Monday - Friday, weekends, and overnight. Position starts at $13/hr. and up depending on experience Benefits Flexible schedules Paid onboarding and training 401k program PTO (for Full-Time workers) Insurance Requirements CPR/First Aid Certification. Training will be provided. Must be at least 18 years old High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License, current automotive insurance and reliable transportation No more than 3 points currently on Driver’s License Ability to pass background, driving record and healthcare registry checks Willingness to address the personal care needs of individuals, including toileting needs Lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary depending on the client Job Description and Responsibilities Essential patient care Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Hydrating and eating Exercising Ambulating Measuring vital signs Assisting with patient movement and transport Infection control and prevention Communication Verbal and written Companionship with client Client transportation Other duties as assigned All Care strives to provide THE VERY BEST care to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities in their own home.
