AMMM Business Management - Staff Location: Marietta GA What You
Will Be Doing This position will report to the AMMM Business
Operations Senior Manager as the execution Business Lead for
Domestic programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for
USG efforts and should have an understanding of FAR and USG
contracting. Must be able to provide day to day support and
leadership of Business Management initiatives. A broad range of
financial acumen will be required for this position including a
familiarity of business processes associated with Proposals,
Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, EVMS, Independent Cost
Estimating and others. This candidate will lead overall Financial
oversight associated with new and existing contracts ensuring
assignments have a sound cost / financial baselines, budget
targets, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring
accurate financial forecasts. This position requires the ability to
understand, create and report on Orders, Sales, Cash and Earnings.
Support the proposal development process and negotiations up to and
through contract award. This position will also support the
establishment of the program baselines to support budgets and
Estimate-at-Completion planning. Other responsibilities will
include the identification of areas for cost improvement and
support the implementation of recommended corrective actions,
Support Contract Status Reviews on program financial status.
Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success
in this position since this individual will be required to
coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies

above from an accredited college - Financial Analysis or contract
administration experience - Experience in proposal, negotiations,
or execution of programs Desired skills - Experience in program
execution including budgeting and performance reporting which may
include estimate at complete exercises - Strong organizational
skills, attention to detail and accuracy of work products -
Excellent communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding
most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington
DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the
salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final
work location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
